The 1518 is a reference revered by collectors as the penultimate in Perpetual Calendar Chronographs by Patek Philippe - the first, but maybe also the purest and most aesthetically beautiful of the series. Patek Philippe really got it right from the start. The simple case contrasts the complicated dial, the proportions on the wrist are spot on. A pleasure to admire and wear.
